Named for its altitude above sea level, 173 Rooftop Terrace is perched atop the excellent InterContinental Barcelona hotel in Montjuïc. On the seventh floor, the roof terrace offers breathtaking 360-degree views of Barcelona. It's actually one of the best in the city, and here you can see everything from Torre de Collserola and Tibidabo to the Montjuïc cable car, Sagrada Familia, Plaza España and Palacio Nacional.
